High-precision milling
Our engineers and machine operators are highly qualified personnel with long experience from manufacturing within aerospace, defense, subsea, seismic and medical industry.
We carry out large and small series production as well as prototype production.
Our specialities
Our specialty is volume series with annual needs from about 50 to about 20.000. Using our 24/7 production facility, we produce according to our customers’ forecast. We can produce estimated daily needs and make a buffer stock contracts for 1-3 months of consumption, ensuring delivery by change in customer’s sales.
This enables us to ensure competitive prices delivered on time with the right volume.
Maintenance is performed by our own service engineers at specified intervals.
24/7 production
We have a robotic production cell (Fastems) with 4 and 5 axis machining centers for 24/7 production. This setup ensures efficient, high-quality output for industries such as aerospace, defense, subsea, seismology, and medical sectors.
- We carry out surveying and documentation according to the customer specifications.
- To ensure robust processes after and 6 sigma, we run trend analysis for the most critical goals.
- We participate with our customers all the way from the prototype stage and help develop prototypes and contribute to make the product production friendly.
- We perform assembly according to our customer’s specifications.
Our machines
Our machining capabilities include advanced CNC technology designed for precision milling, turning, and drilling. The machinery handles complex operations on a wide range of materials, enabling high accuracy and consistency for both prototypes and series production.
Some of our machines
- 5 pcs five-axis milling machines with a size of up to 630x630x630 mm up to 90 pallets.
- 4 axis milling machines size up to 700x700x700mm.
- 4 multi-axis lathes with rotating tools turning diameter up to approx. 330mm.
- Our Multi Ax machines (lathe) are equipped with 2 spindles and 2 tool holders with rotary tools and perform rotary and milling operations in the same tension. The machines also have rod feeder / gantry for feeding material.
Our milling centres are able to mill in aluminium, stainless and acid-resistant steel, titan, brass, bronze and POM – according to your needs and specifications.

Coating and engraving
Powder coating
Powder coating in desired color and texture. Pre-treatment of aluminum with Surtec 650 ensures corrosion protection.
Laser engraving
Engraving on most types of materials, from silicone buttons to steel parts. Laser engraving can also be utilized to engrave on coated surfaces for creating texts or logos, rather than using methods like screen printing.
